LCN Fern Specimen metal stamps - No 8. OR No 9. 

Created by our talented friends LCN, made in Taiwan. This is a metal stamps but didn't encourage to use as wax seal (NO NO). 

There are some tool marks on the stamp, but it won't affect the stamping. It's normal occurrence. The wood handle may have some imperfections as it's the natural feature of the wood. Metal stamps have very hard surface and when stamping it's better to do it on something soft, like a pile of papers, soft pad or a rubber mat, to achieve the best outcome.
